General Provisions

pkzz is an online casino and betting platform that provides entertainment services for adult players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pkzz and its users.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method). The maximum deposit limit may be set at pkzz's discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not currently available.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkzz offers bonuses and promotional offers for players from time to time. The relevant terms and conditions should be read carefully before claiming these bonuses.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pkzz offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus.
• pkzz reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is established at pkzz's discretion, the account may be suspended.

Gaming Rules

Various casino games, slots, sports betting, and other entertainment services are available on the pkzz platform. The specific rules applicable to each game or betting category will apply.

5.1 Game Results

The results of all games operated on the pkzz platform are fair and impartial. Technical measures have been implemented to ensure fair play.

5.2 Cancelled and Void Bets

If any game or bet becomes void due to a technical error, software issue, or other unavoidable reason, pkzz reserves the right to refund the relevant bet amount.

5.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. Example market: match winner market for Bangladesh vs India. pkzz reserves the right to cancel any bet for reasons it considers valid.

5.4 Technical Issues

pkzz is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues.

VIP Program & Rewards

The pkzz VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can reach higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum tier: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

pkzz may change the structure, benefits, or tiers of the VIP program at any time. pkzz reserves the right to forfeit earned rewards in cases of program abuse.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkzz platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain unfair advantage.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Attempting to breach pkzz's systems or security measures.
• Registering with false information or fake identity documents.

In the event of any of the above violations, pkzz may immediately suspend or close the account, forfeit bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

pkzz may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• If identity verification is not completed.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request (including self-exclusion).
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

8.1 Account Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, please contact the pkzz support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to all applicable wagering requirements being met.

Intellectual Property & Content

pkzz's website, logo, design, software, and all content are protected under pkzz's own intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, or commercially using any content without pkzz's written permission is prohibited.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
